Course Outcomes:
PASS: All goes well on the course!
ACTION PLAN: There may be some aspects that you still need to work on prior to being signed off as a PWC instructor - if you receive an action plan this will follow the SMART structure (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely). Action plans are specific to the individual. Examples of an action plan are: needing more time/experience on a PWC or range of PWs, increasing your background theory knowledge, more practice running and managing sessions afloat etc
FAIL: Though this is a possibility, it is unlikely so try not to think about it. People fail due to being dangerous or not having a clue what they are doing, so pretty unlikely that you will fall into categories like this!
With a combination of enthusiastic and effective teaching, suitable and up-to-date equipment and a number of appropriate locations close to the centre, we are sure that you will have an enjoyable and productive course.
We look forward to meeting you.
Your Health:
You will be required to sign a Health Declaration before commencing your instructor course - please check the example wording below and if you have any concerns please contact us on info@marine-education.co.uk as we will just need you to fill out an extra form if so.
